Shipping policy

Products that are not delivered digitally require manufacturing and take longer to ship. Most orders are shipped within three days of being placed, but most are shipped next day depending on the product.

All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Sometimes there are delays that are out of our control, like with customs or the post office.

All orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Delays can also happen because of customs clearance. Your local customs office might require extra documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.

Customs, tariffs, and duties are your responsibility and are not included in sales prices.

If you're not home when the delivery is made, the postal service might leave a notice card to tell you how and where you can pick up your delivery.
